Jacob barber came to inspect the roof. My roof is only 3 years old he took lots of photos and gave me peace of mind knowing my roof stood up through the storm. He did not try to sell me a roof but showed me mine was in good shape!

Mason Sherrock and his team helped me a lot. Unfortunately insurance company didn’t cover the damages. Mason was able to provide me lot of information that helped me decide. Finally his team was able to replace the roof of my house. They did really good. I would recommend Division 1 for roofing needs.

Before they came out to do our roof, they were detailed about what would happen from start to finish. Mason and his crew did an awesome job! They were done before I got home from work and had everything cleaned up. We had Halloween decorations up, which could’ve been a challenge but they made sure everything was preserved. Thank you Mason and crew for a wonderful well done job!

Jared was our primary contact from initial inspection, quote, scheduling and ongoing communication and he was extremely responsive, personable and showed integrity in honoring a coupon he was unaware existed.
The team that replaced my roof arrived shortly after 7am and wasted no time in starting and completing my roof. They were courteous and thorough.

Thank you Divisions One for a job well done. From start to finish of our roof replacement, the replacement was the easiest business transaction we have ever encountered. A special thanks to Jared, project manager, for all the assistance he provided. Jared coordinated everything for us with the businesses involved in our roof replacement. All we had to do was to pick out the shingles we liked and just sit back and relax. The crew came on time to replace the roof. The crew leader briefed us on the replacement and the offered us the opportunity to ask questions. The briefing was excellent so we had no questions. The crew did a great job and finished the roof in good time; appropriately 4 hrs. They did an excellent job of cleaning up around our home. We love the job they did and some of our neighbors commented how nice our new roof looked. Again thanks for a job well done.

I had a great experience with Division 1 Roofing. After some storm damage, they were quick to look over the roof, work with my insurance, and get contractors out to replace the roof. It was a seamless experience, couldn’t have been easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very good experience with Michael and the team with Division 1 roofing. We had an awful hail storm that left holes in our siding, and gutters, and needed roof repairs. Michael helped us through each step and kept me informed about the crew, the materials, and the entire timeline of the project. Our home was complete well before most of the neighborhood and looks fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex from Division 1 Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Alex took the time to carefully inspect my roof, explain the findings in detail, and give clear recommendations. He also pointed out minor issues that could potentially become major problems down the line, which I really appreciated! They help fight for insurance coverage from mother nature. Very fast but make sure you have your own magnet on wheels to pickup nails. We found waaaaaay to many for them having also picked up nails. Any trash cans make sure you have your liner in as the workers lunch ends up in the trash can. Very happy with shingles and gutters/down spouts.

Great experience. I talked with James K. about an inspection and really had no idea how the whole process would go. James explained how the whole process would work with D1 handling everything from start to finish. I like to know what is happening and James and his team were always responsive to my questions.
Once the job was scheduled the roofing crew got to work at 7 AM and finished by 4:30 PM….cleanup and all. The crew was friendly, hard-working and professional. For me, this was almost uncomfortable how easy the whole process was and I want to thank James K. and D1 Roofing for a job WELL DONE! The roof and all the trim look great.
You won’t be disappointed working with Division 1 Roofing.

I had the best experience having a new roof put on my house. From the quoting stage till the roof was completed everything went as promised by Division 1. The sales team very professional and knowledgeable and gave me many options and guided me for the best roof. The installers were also outstanding. They arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Division 1 for your roofing requirements.

Edwin with Division 1 Roofing knocked on our door and asked for permission to check out our roof. It was harder to get up there than expected so they came back a couple of days later. They found damage and informed us that we needed a new roof. They helped us with the insurance company and our roof was covered. They were all very professional and the crew did an awesome job. I would highly recommend their services.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience with division one roofing, we had the pleasure of having Adam as our representative. He is professional, kind, courteous. Adam was punctual, and very thorough and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and delightful. We will update this review with pictures when the job is complete. He also took time and answered all of our questions. I believe that his representation of the company is remarkable and we have 100% faith in division 1 roofing as a result of our interactions with Adam. Please understand that the work has not even been completed yet and the high level of customer service that we have already received has resulted in this five-star review along with this extended explanation. We had quite a few roofing companies come out and take a look at our roof after a tornado hit our area. Nick and his team were willing with work with us, advocate, and educate us to make the right the decisions for our roof replacement and gutters. Nick took the time to walk through every step with us and really went above and beyond. He also was able to get the projects done before a very cold and snowy winter. Really great team to work with. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough!

I must say I had one of the best experiences with Divison 1 Roofing. We worked with Nick and he was very professional, upfront and the most reliable person I have worked with after doing many projects at our house. They were able to get us on the schedule right before the bad weather broke and his team did an amazing job. There were no delays at all and Nick did a stand up job with not only his communication, but his follow thru was excellent as well. Truly would not recommend anyone else to do your roof except Nick and his team! Thank you for such a great outcome and I appreciate you going the extra mile for us!

Nick and Aiden were so helpful throughout the process of getting a new roof. They answered all my questions and were up front and honest. They made it a point to keep checking in and to work with us to understand how to navigate insurance and what the process entails.
