Joshua, Aiden, Nick and Daniel were awesome from start to finish for my roofing project. I enjoyed working with Joshua through the entire process. He kept me informed and updated about the project. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, thoroughly explaining things that I didn’t understand. My gutters paired very well with the color of my home. Division 1 Roofing company replaced my roof in April 2026 ..  Aiden and his team did an awesome job .. they ran into a severe issue during the removal of shingles .. the prior home owner had a roofing company replace the roofing but they failed doing it the proper way .. Aiden and his team jumped  on the problem immediately.. contacted my insurance company .. his supplier and me .. they corrected the previous issue and still completed in the job in one day !!! Three years ago, I tried getting my roof done and it was a total nightmare with insurance and the contractor. Nick Merenoff was a complete game-changer. He made the process simple and seamless, getting my wind damage fully covered by insurance. Because he was so great to work with, I also had them replace my old gutters. The crew was fast and clean, and Nick even came back himself to do extra cleanup checks and a final walkthrough. A few days later, I noticed a minor issue with my siding, and Nick had it handled that same week! He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Division 1 Roofing was phenomenal in assessing my roof’s damage, working with my insurance company to ensure the roof was completely covered under my claim and finally replacing the roof.  The replacement was done in one day and clean up was meticulous.  Working with Aiden, he kept me well informed throughout the process and ensured everything occurred seamlessly. We contacted D1 roofing because of siding damage due to wind . Donavon Bennett was very helpful and knowledgeable working with insurance on our claim. He was very helpful when we were making decisions about what we wanted and explained everything thoroughly. He is quick to respond to questions when texted or called. I know nothing about roofing and I can leave a long review about how Nick Meronoff walked me step by step thru the process, but I won’t.  I will say Nick was a godsend, polite, respectful, funny he felt like an old friend and always a smile. He let me tell him about the roof then offered options and suggestions on things and explained why he felt was needed.  I never felt pressure to do things and he respected my decisions. Nick reminds you to follow up on items and he keeps you updated on where we are in the process from insurance issues to what color shingle to meeting the installers.  He answered my texts, calls and email usually within 5-10 minutes, awesome.  He did everything (plus more) he said he would do.  Oh the installers, wow good group of guys and the cleanup was fabulous, found only one nail in the flower bed, I have gutter filters, even they complimented the roof when they put the filters back on. After wind storm Nick was in the neighborhood doing repairs offered to cover missing shingles. After doing so he thoroughly explained the process in getting a new roof. Explained thoroughly about the materials used top notch stuff. The work crew were fast and efficient getting it done in one day hats off Nick great job would highly recommend.
