Division 1 is currently seeking a driven and experienced Roofing Sales Trainer to lead and develop our growing team of storm restoration representatives.
Due to the recent surge in insurance claims from storm damage (hail and wind) across the metropolitan area, we are expanding fast—and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to help train and guide our sales team to success.
Our company has seen explosive growth—tripling our revenue from YEAR to YEAR, with over 300% growth in insurance-based construction and storm restoration projects. With even more growth projected for 2024, we need an expert Sales Trainer who can help take our team to the next level.
About the Role:
As a Roofing Sales Trainer, you’ll be responsible for mentoring, and developing new and existing sales reps to ensure they’re equipped with the skills and confidence to close deals, handle insurance claims, and manage client relationships. You’ll work hands-on with the team—coaching in the field, running workshops, and setting the standard for excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based pay structure:
- 25% of gross profit on personal sales
- 2% override on the gross profit of all team sales
- Monthly bonuses and contests for top performers
- Leadership growth opportunities within the organization
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing or storm restoration sales required
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales talent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs and working in the field
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Ability to self-manage, inspire others, and drive performance
- Must be comfortable generating leads through Door to Door knocking in locations with team.
Responsibilities:
- Train, Manage and Coach Sales Representatives through field-based training
- Support reps during inspections, estimates, and homeowner meetings
- Create and implement sales strategies and performance tracking
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and shadowing sessions
- Lead by example in both personal production and team support
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
